I think everybody is right
rather than crateing her try gateing her in a small room with
speciaic areas designated for sleeping and peeing and pooping

She has lost the ability to decipher not to go in a crate because she's been forced to eliminate in one for so long
allowing her to eliminate where she Doesn't sleep might help
