Obviously there are limits. I don't like it when people treat dogs like sentient accessories, but if they need to be warm, why not let them be stylish?

Thor is super-sensitive to the rain, and the cold, even here in San Fran. He's definitely a fair weather dog. I actually have not found any clothing yet that changes his mind about the weather. I wonder how warm his clothes can be anyway, since his paws are on the ground, and his butt and belly are exposed for obvious reasons.

His former owner was very into dressing him up, so he's pretty mellow about being dressed. I am hoping that if I can acclimate him to boots and get him an adorable little rain jacket that I can at least convince him to go outside in the rain. It rains a lot in this city!
