We had the same problem with Maybelline. We started letting her have a few things at dinner turkey, chicken, and fresh vegetables. Then she refused to eat her Royal Canine Yorkie Food. I got a homecook recipe off of YT and used it for six weeks. After six weeks, I started adding a little Solid Gold Wee Bits to the home cooked and finally weened her off the home cooked completely. Also, we no longer free feed; she now only eats the Solid Gold in the Morning and Evening. We switched to Solid Gold because it was ranked higher than Royal Canine at dogfoodanalysis.com.
Also, Maybelline's bowel movements are much better on Solid Gold.
