i think that if you can do the area around her eyes, you should be fine with the rest of her. Maybe try trimming the fur on her legs or round her feet to start with, till you get your confidence. Thats what i did, and eventually trimmed Molly all over, just with scissors and comb. I havent dared to use the battery trimmer yet as molly is quite scared of the noise, but i am building up to it!
