Acting drunk, swaying like that definitely sound like neurological symptoms which are many times caused by liver problems in yorkies. I would have a Bile Acid Test run ASAP to rule this out first. It's relatively inexpensive, and if it comes back high, you know you need to concentrate on providing liver support. If it comes back completely normal, then you know you may be dealing with something else.
