Very interesting thread. I have been on a colon cleansing product for over two years now and can't be without it. I also get over 35g of fiber a day so my colon should be squeaky clean..lol. I am a big fan of Dr. Natura and I only now get the Colonix intestinal cleanser (which I take every morning with 1 cup of light Cranberry juice). This alone will give you about 6-8 grams of fiber to start the day. One canister will last you a month and if you get 3 canisters there is free shipping. I talked to my doctor about this and nutrionist and they did not have a problem with me taking this. Oh and trust me I did not get any of those disgusting things out of me that they show on the websites. Sometimes I wonder about that.
