I have seen how these dogs in petsmart have been groomed. These groomers are unprofessional and very very rough. I have even emailed complaints about the Petsmart in Paramus NJ. One of the groomers literally yanked the dogs hair with scissors! And she also saw what she did and she looked at the other groomer and started laughing.. The dog was yelping and crying cause it hurt so much. i was looking at this when I was in line to pay. I went in there and yelled that the groomer should be fired for what she did to that dog.. I would never bring my baby to Petsmart
I am so sorry that this happened, and they do not even sound sorry for what they did. Sue them so bad that they wont be able to even have a grooming section in Petsmart anymore. |
