An enzamatic toothpaste is the best thing to use. You could start by just wrapping a peice of gauze around you finger. There are also very small pet toothbrushes ans finger brushes that slip over the fingertip. The enzamatic toothpaste I am now using is beef flavored and my dogs love it. I also spray once a day with clorhexadine rinse my vet recommends. I have tried the petzlife and found it to not be effective
