Julie, I am so sorry you have lost your precious Bella in such a horrible ordeal.

Like everyone else here, I agree that you should sue.

Do any of the other posters/members have ideas of how we can help bring public awareness to this tragedy to help prevent it from happening again? Many of us would be willing to write letters, send emails, etc. but please guide us to where they should be sent (not only to Petsmart, but other areas to bring public awareness, as well as alerting all grooming or pet handling facilities).
