Welcome to the forum Mercedes,I am sorry for what happen to you girl, I had a similar incident back in november, but it was my male yorkie who did the "deed" to my son's Jack Rusell terrier girl, He adopted his 4 year old girl from a shelter and she was supposed to be spayed and we found the hard way she was NOT..if you check the Breeders forum here you will find a wealth of information, I think I read every thread in there for about 2 years back...LOL I also did a lot of research online, and found LOTS of information, I will start to tell you that yes, your girl NEEDS to see the VET, fast and he will guide you some too. But I found MOST of help in this forum and some others, in here you will find information on everything you will need for making sure her whelping is a confortable and safe one.. if you have any questions please feel free to email me..
hugs,
