I had a Petsmart grooming appt for next Saturday...but I made an appt at a local individual grooming place for next Thursday instead. I have never seen any dogs being mistreated at our Petsmart; I have only had Olivia groomed there twice (with no problems) but I have been in there quite a bit and always watch through the window for a while. But it's not worth the risk, so I hope I like the lady I'm going to next week...
