Is the vet perscibing antibiotics ? How old is your Yorkie? My Suzi is 10 months old and is just getting over A bad stomach virus. She has not had the problems your is having. I know that if a dog gets water in the ears then an ear infection is most likely to occur. HAs that happened ?
The vet gave my Suzi double the strength antibiotics to clear up her illness a few days ago. She is finally doing better.
I am sorry your Yorkie has been sick. What brand of dog food does he eat? How many times has your dog been ill? What does the vet think? I really can't answer some of your concerns because i have no history of your dogs health, or age. AND mine has not had any of those issues yet. Sorry.
