I have heard horror stories about petsmarts grooming. My n'bor took her Golden in for a shave and they almost severed his tail.
They said they would cover the vet bills and offered her a bag of food!
Like that was going to make it all go away??? GEEEEEEEZ!! I hope you get a lawyer!
I groom all my girls and if i didn't, i would never take them to a petco or petsmart for grooming. I don't know where they get the groomers in there but they must all be in training. They are horrible!!
