Macy was the same way when I brought little Kiwi home. Kiwi would try to sniff Macy and play, Macy would jump like she had been shocked haha. We tried not to yell at Macy for growling at her sister and slowly hold them in the same lap. I think part of the problem was the newness of the puppy took attention away from Macy. After about two weeks Macy would look for Kiwi and loved her! It just takes a little time.
