I don't remember exactly...but on that review site I was looking at...wish I had saved that...thought I did, can't find it....it said that so many companies pull people in by those pictures. It stated that most of those products become some type of gel when digested to clean you out...and most of the stuff that, er, comes out...is mainly just the gel in the rope shape...it is in that shape because of your intestines, colon, etc.
Again...I have never tried any of the products...but have read so many reviews and have had different health professionals advise against......
