What a horrific event. Yes, they were responsible & need to be held responsible. I would also try to find out more about the owner of the Husky - has this dog bit other dogs before. Are these dogs not kenneled when they are not under the watch of the employees?
This & other horror stories I hear about groomers, including others that have died in a groomers care, are why I try to handle almost all the grooming myself.
