i am so sorry to hear that. it really hurts my heart to know that they would let something like that happen. i took my dog to petsmart to get groomed and they did a horrible , horrible job on her. she was so scared that she was shaking like crazy when i went to pick her up. i was very upset on how they treated her. they asked me what breed she was and i told them a yorkie mixed with s**t zu and the groomer actually called her a mutt. ever since then i have never took my baby back there again. if i was you i would sue the HELL out of them because they were responsible for your little one. MAKE THEM PAY!!!
