i used to go to banfield and thought everything was good there...well until they were so rough with bentley when we took him in to get neutered that he went into cardiac arrest and temporarily died...they WERE able to revive him but they did in fact kill him
he is a wiggler and they used too much force trying to hold him still while taking the pre-op bloodwork...i have pictures of the bruises (about 5 inches long and dark purple)....and then they tried to blame it on my dog and a nonexistent cardiac condition
my heart hurts for you for the loss of your baby
