I am so sorry to hear about your baby. I would have been devestated. I think I would have gone back in there and they would have had to drag me out. I would also get a lawyer. This is uncalled for and they are liable. I took my boy there once and they snicked him pretty bad and I also had to pick him up at banfield. I also saw the groomers treated the other dogs badly. I NEVER take my boy to Petsmart anymore. I actually learned to groom him myself.
