I was just wondering how you felt about rehoming dogs that have been retired from breeding. I know there are some differing opinions on this. I was talking about this with my mother and it really upsets her that breeders do this. She feels like a dog is a member of the family, and you don't give away a member of the family just because they can't make money anymore. She doesn't understand why breeders don't just keep their pups after retirement. I would really like any opinions on this subject, especially from breeders.
