Suzi is just getting over a stomach illness. SHe had the same gurgling sounds too. Suzi suffered from vomiting too though, and diarreah. The vet gave her antibiotics and anther meds to settle her tummy. Since then, we are going on day three of no more symtoms. I am praying that the worse is over for her. The tummy sounds are unmistakable.
