I have never seen one develope a white chin as they get older. Normally, if they have the white chin, they are born with it and it changes into tan/gold as they get older. If she is telling you that it appeared after her being groomed, that doesn't really make sense.

To me, these two pictures says a lot about whether or not she has been sending you pictues of the same puppy.
