Mom can break the sack and there will still be no problem if the placenta is still attached and working. There is a difference between breech and posterior. Posterior means that they present back feet first and happens about half of the time. Breech means that the pup is trying to come butt first and the legs are caught up and causing trouble. In fact if you look breech up in the dictionary you'll find that it means buttocks.
Bitches are due 63 days after they ovulate. Unless you know what day your gal ovulated she may not be late at all. I wouldn't worry unless she is showing signs of distress.
