I haven't used it in a cold beverage. I do use it to sweeten pitchers of iced tea but I add it to the tea befor it's chilled. I don't know what brand you're using but the Sweet Leaf brand was really powdery and it was kind of a pain if you were trying to pour sereral packets a once. The Truvia is very granular like sugar is so it pours reall easily. The texture makes me think it would desolve like sugar in cold drinks but I don't know. It seriously tastes just like sugar to me.
