oh! i read that the happy trails one doesnt have a leash hook inside and the wheels don't lock but it does fold flat to 15 inches... the picture looked like it was all bulky though. the SE one does have a leash hook & locking wheels.. so lilly doesnt roll away! i really really really like this one
