I am envious of you being able to quit, I have tried at least 5 times, I am a habit/emotional smoker, huge emotional smoker... I can get through the first few days without the nicotine, but my emotions get the best of me (stress ect)
Can you let me know how the program works? I really, really need to quit.
Thanks,
and a huge congrats to you for your sucess |
When I quit 4 years ago!!!! I used Zyban and the pack and had no problems. There is also a
excellent websitequitnet.com. They have a support groups and helpful hints. You can also join groups of people that are quitting at the same time. I quit in April so I was part of the April fool's. They say for every aid you use your chances of quit go up 10% more so 3 things 30% more likely to quit than people that us nothing.
