I bought this shirt from Rena at barking dogs. Well I thought I measured Ramsey right but by the time I got the shirt he must had a growth spurt. I think it is a small. So now I assume Ramsey is a Medium The shirt is real tiny though so it would probably be for a smaller yorkie.
