Anther thing to try is to sit down on the floor, and use treats. Since Yorkie's are so tiny , great big hands coming towards them has to be really scary!
My Suzi will play games with me sometimes too. But, if i ignore her, and sit down she will jump all over me. I think it is that she wants to be the one to decide .
I really need to work with her when it comes to being outside, to come when being called.
