Default Diamond dog food

We are in the process of switching Krissy to Chicken Soup from Royal Canine. The store I thought carried it by my house doesn't anymore and the other only carries a 35lb bag. The guy offered me some samples of Diamond, which he says is made by the same company as Chicken Soup.

I have never heard of it. Any opinions. Here is ingredient list:
