 Pup not wanting to eat
I just got a little girl, 11 weeks old, weighs a good 2.6 lbs and for the last 2 days she hasn't been wanting to eat much. we're feeding her dry kibble and I haven't seen her try to eat more than a couple bites. we just ended up leaving the food out for her since she doesn't eat much. we tried putting in the bathroom with the food for about 30 min. and still nothing. we've been giving her the nutri cal several times a day (and she hates it). she's still active during the day but she does take long naps several times a day. Her physical exam at the vet was fine but they didn't check her for anything else. Is this normal for a new pup in a new home? |
