Ok so one of the girls that I work with just started nursing school. Happy for her its a great career but my current schedule is 7a-5:30p Tuesday through Friday and I am off Sat/Sun/Mon...She is asking me to work Mondays for her so that she can go to class and take another day off but it can't be friday b/c I work at another office on Friday and I am the only one at that office. I love her dearly but just don't know that I am willing to give up my long weekends and my Mondays b/c I too am still in school. I just really don't know what to do or how to approach her and say no b/c we are sorta close not BFF or anything just close co workers. Please give any advice.
