Actually, Kirista had her in a puppy cut when I got her and her underlying coat is what you see now. To help her hair grow, I wash her weekly and while her coat is we before drying I spray Organics Olive Oil Shine Extra Virgin by Africa's Best on her. I also noticed using Motions All in One Conditioner Shampoo helps too. It is better than her doggie shampoo and since using it, her hair grows extremely fast. Then, monthly I take her to the Doggie Spa.
Don't worry your baby's hair will do fine. Check out those products I listed above along with Mane-n-Tale. You can find them at Wal-Mart or Sally's.
