When it comes to asking why they are more difficult to housetrain
I think it's from two things
They are generally very small .... and hence have very small bladders and cannot hold it as long
They also are VERY active and metabolize that much more in less time
and lastly .....
I have found that they forget all else when they are into something
so if they need to go out they put it off until the very last second and sometimes don't make it
