My Bella came to me at 5 weeks old. Like your baby she had fleas too. Her whole body was covered from head to toe in them. In such a young pup these fleas will make them very enemic. You need to get them off. What you can do is fill your sink up just to the pups neck with warm water, like a warm bath. This will soak a good part of the fleas off. After, drain the sink and and then use DAWN Dish Detergent and cover his body, after taking a warm towel (Warmed int he dryer - but not hot) and wrap him in the towel to keep him warm. Leave this all on him for five to ten minutes and then after, back to the sink and rinse him off good and then blow dry him. After all this is done, you will need to go through him with a flea comb and a pair of tweezers to pick off the remainder of the fleas. You may also have to repeat this again in a day or two until they are all gone. DO NOT USE ANY FLEA MEDS ON THIS BABY. IT CAN KILL HIM.

In so far as feeding him. One of the breeders has a recipe for mush. I forget who but you can post it on the breeder forum. Also, what I did was get puppy milk from the pet store and put it in a small bowl and would offer it with the pups food. Use the wet food, until the teeth come in. AND, I would also reccomend giving the baby Nutrical in the morning, afternoon and night to keep his sugar up. How much does he weigh? Is he a bigger Yorkie or a little guy?

Also, Please take him to a vet. He really needs to be professionally assessed. At night keep him in a nice warm dog bed with a blanket and also some soft food (They make soft morsels) and some water.

He should be alright with the right care.
