oh, I am so sorry, my baby girl went to be spayed too yesterday, you need to get some baby onesies and keep ready for when she gets home, make a little slit on the back for the tail, that will keep her from licking the stiches and it will keep them clean. my baby also came home with antibiotics and pain medication, she came home yesterday evening, my vet does not keep them overnight. I got something call pill pockets at the pet store to give her her pills. other than that you just have to make her as confortable as posible and let her heal..I have attached a picture of my Prada in her onesie, Prada hates that e collar that they put at the vet's..
