Moves GREAT! The turning is wonderful and the lock you have to push down with your foot. You do have to use your hand to unlock it as it's a bit hard to do with your foot, but still great
I think they make a cover for the rain for them, but I dont have that part. I usually use mine for the Pet Expo so people can't step or pick up my dog.
Folds pretty flat, but not all the way down. I keep it in my trunk. It is SOO easy to break down and set up. All in all I LOVE it!!
