Carnivores eat protein, carbohydrate, and fat - usually
all in the same meal. So do omnivores.
Almost ALL individual foods are made up of
more than one of the components above. Each of those components require certain enzymes and varying stomach pH. The stomach is a dynamic organ and can adjust its acidity as needed to break down any individual component (or subsequent components
within the same meal).
This is a chemical process. Digestion is a science, not an art of food combining.
