Please keep a close eye on her for any changes in her behavior. I think you should contact your vet for a heads up on this. Aside from being an obstruction, there is a slight risk of reaction to the metals the barrettes (and springs from clips) are made from that could cause seizures.
I know it doesn't happen often...but something to watch for and react to quickly if need be.
