I know a lot of well respected, knowledgeable breeders who have stopped posting too over time. Most of them did so because of the backlash they got for giving honest answers in the breeders section rather than answers that people
wanted to hear. Not because of threads like this where the adhereing to the very standard of the breed was being defended. Of course then again, I guess it can be said that we all have a difference of opinion as far as what constitutes a "responsible and knowledgeable" breeder.
