I do feel it is a jealously thing. I have had this problem with several of mine over the years and I just ending up having to keep them separate all the time. Does the aggressive female ever draw blood on the other one? The two sisters I have that fight never actually bite each other but it sounds like they are killing each other. I got where I would just ignore it and they would quit as soon as they saw I was ignoring them. If your aggressive female is actually breaking the skin on the other female then you can't ignore it, you have to keep them separated for the safety of the smaller one.
