ok so first make sure he little thing is eating and drinking well. I feed my puppies 4-5 times a days at this age
When you pull on his skin, it should come back down right away, Make sure is gum doesn't look grey. Also look if he got any little bump on stomach (hernia).
Make sure the vet do a good check up!!!
That breeder is a very bad person, I would post her name, info and website if any on yorkieTalk to warned others..
Now if the dog is healthy, it will be hard to take her to court for selling the pup to early.. It is very sad but there isnt much you can do....
