I loved Samantha's hair, but when we got her, her bangs were so long they were in her eyes. I think my mom cut her hair.

I think I did know you could send them back to be repaired. I remember always being curious about the string on their back but didn't dare pull it lest her head fall off.

Hmm, interesting. I didn't know they retired them. My mother still has the doll and takes very good care of it.
I loved the Felicity and Kirsten. I just loved their original clothig and hair.
Makes me feel like a little girl again.
