There are just so many things that it could be.

Because it seems so severe, my first two thoughts are pancreatitis or parvo but it is likely just a virus or something. If her gums aren't perfectly pink, I would not wait until 2:45. Are you giving pedialyte or is she not holding it down?

I would insist on blood work.
Is the diarrhea bloody?
