can i bring the breeder out to court? what should i do?
Oh, that poor baby. I'm not a breeder, but I did raise Zacchie from five days old, so I'm chiming in here.
Keep him warm is right. Even a heating lamp would be good. When Z went through a bout with elimination problems, my vet recommended very gently inserting a LUBRICATED thermometer rectally just past the tip of the thermemeter. It stimulates the colon.
I don't know if this is right, but I wouldn't think the puppy was finished nusring yet, and would bottle feed the formula for a while.
How much does he weigh?
I wouldn't try to contact her again, but definitely report her to the authorities. She has no business distributing those babies at this age!
