Hi....I'm new to Yorkie Talk and it has helped me tremendously. Yes, I too had my puppy (5 mos) on Science Diet only to find out from the wonderful people who use Yorkie Talk that it's one of the Top 10 Worse Foods. They recommended Innova EVO...go on the internet and research it. It's all natural...no fillers. It's hard to find and you may have to order it from the internet, but I found a small family owned pet store 15 minutes from my house and I actually got 1-1/2 pounds more for the same cost ($14.99). My little Peanut loves it. So much that I have to feed her one kibble at a time or she gulps it down too quickly. You have to ween them onto the new stuff gradually 80/20 for 2 days, then increase 80/30, and so on. They require less and are full longer. I also found puppy can food on the internet by Innova. That's due to arrive on Monday. I can't wait. If you're going to spend top dollars on your family pet....you might as well make sure they are eating top food.
