I saw the interview also, it was sad.......I hope he beats this but it didn't look good for him....After the show our local news interviewed a local woman who was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in 2006.......the same cancer as Patrick. She is in a clinical trial for a vaccine that she receives every 6 months....two years later she is clear and well....
