Ok. I think I have it! Yitzee has been breaking out with little blisters that turn to sores and scab over for the last 3 months or so. Thanks to all of you for your help with it. I used the clearasil lotion and it worked amazingly. I also have the shampoo now for a monthly deep cleaning. It works. I was still curious as to why she would break out. Here is what I've narrowed it down to: Interceptor or "Repel" Dog Shampoo (with citronella). I really think it is the Interceptor as she normally uses Heartgard Plus and this time around the doc ordered Interceptor. So, guess Oscar gets all the interceptor and Yitzee gets a new order of Heartgard Plus. She just took Interceptor about 2 days ago and, low and behold, she started breaking out!!
