Yes, if it says BANNED under a member's username, the member is permanently banned from YorkieTalk. For the safety of our members we do not allow members to sell Yorkies here on YorkieTalk that are outside of the US, Canada, or the UK. There are far too many scams out there and we urge all members to visit the breeder in person before buying a Yorkie. |
