My recommendation is to not do first vaccinations until the pups are at least 8 weeks old. If the puppies are very tiny then wait longer. I never give mine the lepto shot.
My vet does not recommend worming unless the puppies check positive for worms. Unless you have had problems with hook worms in your adults then I would not just automatically worm the pups that young.
As for age of selling the pups, many people recommend waiting until they are 12 weeks old but some people sell them younger. I feel that people should never sell them before 8 weeks but to me for pets I think the ideal age is 9 to 10 weeks.
