Happy is almost 2 years old and I hept him with short hair (maybe 2 inches long). This past Christmas I put him pijamas and tshirts, because of the weather, and I did not noticed that his hair was tangled. Now I have a big problem! it is so tangled that I don't now what to do. The brush hair does not work. Is it possible to use a strong conditioner? do you have suggestions?
